NixOS Config (code)

• I remember now why trying Nix & flakes hadn't stuck previously: it's overwhelming. I tossed in some TODOs for things that I need and am approaching it little by little.

  • Get my ssh keys for git hosts setup

  • asdf for Golang & Python

  • Configuring Zellij

• The big one is thinking about how I want to handle my NUC & Thinkpad (this first config is for the TP)

• I'm continuing to take notes on the ecosystem & language. There's an mdbook package in my configuration repo now.

Beacon (code/docs)

• Continuing to work my way through the v0.3.0 release plan (type checker improvements)

• Protocols & variance

• Pattern match narrowing

Storm (code)

• I wrote a tutorial to augment the short quickstart page based on how I'm using it.

  • I plan to post that here as well once I've finished some edits.

Noteleaf (code)

• As of writing, the goal is to just reorient myself and write some more tests

I've tried out an approach where I have a primary project to spend the bulk of my day on and then a secondary project to help me not go crazy. This is why noteleaf exists in the first place.

My primary project today is Beacon and secondary is likely going to be Noteleaf.
